Out of hours emergency boiler repair carried out near to Abergele, North Wales

Emergency call out to a leaking Ideal Logic combi boiler. On inspection, we found a cracked sump, which had caused condensation and combustion products to build up within the casing of the boiler, eventually dripping water from the casing prompting the homeowner to call on an emergency repair. On this occasion, as this was a safety critical failure, the boiler was isolated from the gas supply pending a repair the following morning. A replacement sump was installed, along with a full service and safety inspection for peace of mind.
