This Worcester Greenstar boiler was cutting out intermittently and suffering from poor hot water performance. On inspection it was obvious that a gas supply tube had split - quite common on this model. A replacement was installed along with a fresh burner gasket. In this case we needed to carry out a flue gas analysis and adjust the Co2 values as we had replaced a gas carrying component. It is therefore essential that you use a competent gas safe registered engineer to work on your gas appliances. Remember to check both sides of their I.D card.
